Our client is a consulting company with a focus on marketing automation, data engineering and machine learning. The young team supports several clients in German-speaking countries with international branches.
The Mission
The company opted for Salesforce as the central software for managing sales and project organization. The aim was to implement as close to the standard as possible and to integrate a time recording system.
Our Solution
In less than 3 days, we conducted compact requirements workshops and configured the Salesforce Sales Cloud with lead management, customer management, opportunity management and integration of the time recording software.

In our fastest Salesforce rollout to date, we enabled the consulting company to bundle all relevant information from sales and project business in one central location and created the technological basis for further growth and additional functionalities.
