The Mission: Challenges in E-Mail-Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Prior to our collaboration, the company faced considerable challenges in the management of case emails. For the creation of new cases alone, there were 70 different email templates that differed according to language, company and recipient. In total, over 300 email templates had to be managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The management of the dispatch logic was extremely complex due to several thousand lines of APEX code. This led to the following problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
