The Mission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vor der Implementierung unserer L\u00f6sung waren die Informationen zu den Produkten des Kunden ausschlie\u00dflich in SAP verf\u00fcgbar. Diese Informationen variieren je nach Land und werden regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aktualisiert. F\u00fcr die Vertriebsmitarbeiter sind diese Daten von entscheidender Bedeutung, da sie Details zur Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und zu Nachfolgeprodukten enthalten konnten. Da die Vertriebsmitarbeiter nur in Salesforce arbeiten, konnten sie diese Daten nur indirekt \u00fcber den Innendienst erhalten. Dies f\u00fchrte zu erheblichen Effizienzverlusten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u00f6sung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To overcome this challenge, we developed a customized solution with the following components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Extension of the CPQ data model:<\/strong> We extended the CPQ data model to be able to save product texts for several countries directly in Salesforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mulesoft-Interface:<\/strong> By implementing a Mulesoft interface, we were able to ensure that the product texts are regularly and automatically updated from SAP to Salesforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enhancement of CPQ Line Editor<\/strong> We extended the CPQ Line Editor with a custom action that allows you to view product texts of individual quotation items directly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Visual Alerts<\/strong> Visual warnings were introduced to draw the sales staff's attention to relevant texts in the quotation items.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
